Though I use a production license key, I get an error saying that my key has expired or I get other trial messages. Why?
The exact message text is
" Time-limited SecureBlackbox license key has expired. Please use evaluation license key to continue evaluation. "
" Your time-limited SecureBlackbox license key has expired. Please use evaluation license key to continue evaluation or request license prolongation via the HelpDesk system. "
The most common reason of the problem is that you have added the production key, but there's also a trial key somewhere in your code. You need to remove that trial key.
The simplest method to find out where the key is set is to run the application under IDE debugger, set the debugging options to break on Common Language Runtime exceptions (for .NET) and when the IDE stops, look at the call stack. Then find out where your first method in the stack is, and inspect that method for the unneeded key.
