Good morning,

I am trying to find some examples that use the DataTree class and I can't find anything. Is there any sample that I can see? The very simple thing that I want to achieve is to send an image from one peer to another peer. I should use the DataTree class for this task, right?

Thank you in advance,
Dimitriadis George

You don't have to use MCDataTree -- you can perform any serialization of data. What you need to have is a memory block or a stream which you will send, that's all.

With MsgConnect coming in source code now, we suggest that you look at the source code of MCDataTree to get understanding of how to use it.

Sincerely yours

Thanks for the response.

I am trying to use DataTree class properties and methods but I am having a lot of errors when I simply include it in my project. Do you know why? I have already set the appropriate path in VC++ 2010. The compiler crushes in these header files (with the additional error codes): ws2def(C2011,C2059,C3805), winsock2(C2011,C2375,), ws2ipdef(C2079,C2011) , ws2tcpip(C3861) and in mchhtp.h(C2079) in line 33 and 118 (struct sockaddr_in). As I guess, these .h files are from windows and not from the library (MSGConnect).

Do you have any idea how can I overcome these issues?
And I also want to ask how can I practically load an image with MsgConnect?
