I'm try to compile v.2.0.73 source code and found some bugs and compiler warnings.

1. incorrect using FINALLY macro
2. Empty controlled statement
3. redefinition min() function
4. mixed usage _strdup() and strdup() functions

please verify attached patch.

Thank you for submitting your changes. At least some of them come from multiple target support: eg. min() function is present only in Microsoft compiler, as it seems - we had to add it for Linux and Mac compilation. The same applies to some other changes. We will review them and incorporate in our code.

Please submit changes to HelpDesk - they are very valuable but still of little interest for other users (as we'll make the changes in our code and the users don't need to apply patches themselves).
