I've rechecked our code: on desktop both TCP and UDP transports have a property called ReuseServerPort, which, when set to true, removes the timeout. There's no such property in Android code base, though, most likely due to lack of the option in the socket implementation.

Looks like I was looking into older code. ReuseServerPort property *is* present in the code of MCInetTransport, so you can set it to true and see if it solves your problem.

It works, but only with Socket transport, not UDP.

Probably the setting has no effect on Android (or on particular version of Android). There's not much we can do in this case.
