I've been running the Debug version of the SolFS driver edition beta 4 for about an hour now, and I got another BlueScreen on Windows XP Professional SP2.

Bluescreen said FILE_SYSTEM.
Again, not 100% sure it's SolFS related, but I guess so...

No reproduction scheme yet, but we'll try and reproduce ASAP.

We are sorry. Due to our mistake this build doesn't contain the new version of the solfs driver. It was fixed. Please redownload the build.

Looks ok now (at first sight, we're still testing).

Something different though:
We're using encrypted storage with SolFSEncryption.ecAES256_SHA256.

When we went from beta 3 to Beta 4, we noticed all of our old beta 3 storages get an 'network password incorrect' error (wrong password supplied)

Has something changed in the way storages are encrypted?

Hello

Storage encryption itself isn’t changed. We have fixed one error with accessing to storage before password supplying. Can you provide here your code for storage mounting and supplying the password?

When we create an image:

m_storage = New SolFSStorage(Me.ImageFullPath, True, PAGESIZE, True, True, System.IO.Path.DirectorySeparatorChar, pLabel)
...
m_storage.SetEncryption(SolFSEncryption.ecAES256_SHA256, "", Me.Key)
m_storage.SetPassword(Me.Key)

When mounting an image:

m_storage = New SolFSStorage()
m_storage.FileName = Me.ImageFullPath
m_storage.Open(StorageOpenMode.somOpenExisting)
m_storage.SetPassword(Me.Key)
