Calling Close on a closed SolFSStream should not throw an exception

Also by EldoS: CallbackFilter

The SolFSStream would be easier usable if it would behave like the System.IO.Stream and throw no exception when the tream is already closed.
Especially when using clauses are used and the streams are used with Readers that close the underlying streams when they are closed, the actual behaviour is inconvenient. It would be better if it would be at least possible to select the wanted behaviour.
