Reading beyond the end of a SolFSStream doesn't work

A Read call on a SolFSStream doesn't return 0, when the end of the file is reached, but the Solid FileSystem seems to enter an endless loop, causing 100% CPU load.

This is especially a problem when data are stored using the .Net XmlSerializer, because it reads over the end of the file, when the data are deserialized.
A possible, but not so elegant workaround is to use a wrapper class around the SolFSStream.
