All of the docs for SolFS on Java refer to Java on Android. How does SolFS work on Windows with Java? I see in the docs that SolFS needs libjnisolfs.so to be loaded. However, that's a Linux binary so no joy in Windows.

Is there a way to use SolFS on Java in Windows?

Right now there's no way to use SolFS with Java on desktop platforms, but it's mainly a matter of recompiling the JNI module. I think we can do this for SolFS 5 release - I've added a task to the todo list.

I have re-uploaded the beta version ( build 120, available on http://www.eldos.com/solfs/download-prerelease.php ) - it now includes JNI modules for Windows. This is still work in progress, i.e. we need to test how it works and maybe update documentation accordingly.
