I talked about this with one of the Eldos employees back in 2008, and he told me it was on the roadmap.

We're still very interested in this feature...

have you considered providing a backend for SQLite?
That would enable, to operate an SQLite database that is stored in the virtual file system directly, without extracting it to the harddisk. SQLite provides a VFS backend as described in the following link:

Thank you for the interesting idea. We didn't consider creating a class for SQLite, but this can be an option. We'll check this later.

Hi, Any idea when the SolFS v6 will be released? Since I get a feel after the acquisition the development is not as fast as before! I'm waiting for the SolFS v6 for past 10 months since your last reply to one of my question. Thanks!
