Memory mgmt in SB

please could you tell me if the code in SB is managed or unmanaged and if there is a possibility that there is an unmanaged code which consumes memory which is not returned back ? We have a large application which part is a SFTP server. When a client is connected to the server and downloads many many small files, memory starts to be consumed until appliacation crashes for not enough memory. Could it be caused by SB code ?

4.4 is version, and edition can be .NET, VCL or ActiveX.

I am also facing the same issue. I am using ASP>NEt 2.0 and SBB 6.1
I am connecting SFTP thorough windows service
Is there any resolution of this problem
