When I have evaluation copy of SecureBlackbox ActiveX installed the PGPWriter demo works.
But when I uninstall SecureBlackbox from WindowsXP system and register (regsvr32) only PGPBBox.dll, PKIBBox.dll and BaseBBox.dll the PGPWriter demo fails on frmMain.cmdLoad_Click() line 5:
GlobalKeyring.LoadFromFiles frmLoadKeyring.txtPubKeyring.Text, frmLoadKeyring.txtSecKeyring.Text, True
"Failed to open file"
I am opening the same files in this two scenarios.

It can happen if the DLLs are registered in the wrong order. We couldn't find a good solution for how to register them properly automatically, so you need to register them in the right order: Base, PKI, PGP

Thank you for your quick response.
You were right, the dll's order was the answer.
Once again I want to thank you.
With regards,
