I need to know how to decrypt an unsigned file. We have a company sending us files that are encrypted using our public key, but not signed using a private key.

I am able to decrypt it by hand using PGP desktop utility.

All of the method overloads in C# for the keyring require a signature key to be specified. Any help would be appreciated.

Answering my own question. If I construct the keys object with a null for the signature key it appears to work.

if(signatureKey.Length > 0)
    keyring.Load(encryptionKey, signatureKey, true);
    keyring.Load(encryptionKey, null, true);
