Hi,
I'm using the evaluation version of latest TElHTTPSClient.
Trying to call GET with http://localhost and always receiving the Connection lost (error code is 100353). I'm trying to access a web page on my local IIS server.
Same code calling GET for www.google.com works fine.

The only event getting fired is OnPreparedHeaders.
Calling http://localhost from IE11 works fine.

All the client's settings are default although i also tried to play with some options but with no results.

I need help to understand the problem. We're currently evaluating your product and if i cannot fix the issue we will be forced to move to something else.

Best regards,
Oleg

Thank you for contacting us.

Most likely the port is specified incorrectly or firewall blocks the connection. Are you able to perform the same request with any web-browser?

Hi Oleg,

Could you please also try using an IP address-based notation instead of the DNS name and check if it works:

http.Get("http://127.0.0.1/");

Ken

I already tried the 127.0.0.1 with the same result.

I just downloaded the SecureBlackbox two days ago.

What edition did you download (VCL, .NET, Java, C++ etc.)?
