Smtp.office365.com has stopped working

A customer has reported that they can no longer connect to: Smtp.office365.com on port: 587. It has happened twice already and you have been able to help on both those occasions.

I recompiled SecureBlackBox from the source-code version: 14.0.287, but I stll have the problem although the exception message now says:

"535 5.7.3 Authentication unsuccessful"

I also disabled most cipher suites as recommend by: by Leonardo Herrera (11/23/2015 23:01:43) but still the problem persists. Please can you help?

Why doesn't Microsoft tell ISV's about these changes!
