We are using the SecureBlackbox component of EldoS there is enough and very successfully. However, in January / 2016 our largest customer , we made the change from a PI server and began to appear 'Error : EElSimpleSSLClientError
Connection error ( 10060 ) '. We use this component 21 Web Service interface with this PI in 80 different clients, and only has this problem in 03 different customers and 03 of these different interfaces. The difference is that these
customer interfaces are running a Server 2003 .
What should review concerning this error ?

Thank you for the report.

Error 10060 stands for "Connection timeout". It can be related to both network-level settings (firewall interaction) or the SSL handshake not being completed properly. In the first case you need to test network connectivity. In the second case there should be steps to be taken in order to find out, what cipher suites cause the problems with the server (I suspect that the issue arises from the recent changes in security, imposed by microsoft in one of its recent security updates).

You seem to be using quite an old version of SecureBlackbox. Please take the evaluation version of SecureBlackbox 14 and check if the problem goes away with it. If it does, then you are welcome to upgrade.

Sincerely yours
Eugene Mayevski
