Hi,
we're using the latest version https client for communication under android with pkcs11 . there is no problem for testing, but sometimes the error: connection lost exception(error codeļ¼š100353) is occurred and can't restore until restart the application.

can you tell me what cause the problem? and is there any method to generate some logs for diagnosis? and if it's possible to re-initialize the connection with a function?

thank you.

Its hard to say what is the exact reason without a possibility to reproduce the problem.

You should call TElHTTPSClient.close() method after exception occurs - this should solve the problem.

hi,
the exception is from "https.postWebForm(request.toString(), request.getForm(), "", "", null, "application/x-www-form-urlencoded", false);"
if the error occurs, no more request is successfuly until restart the application, even we called the TElHTTPSClient.close() from the application when the exception occurs occurred, the problem is still thee.

the log file is attached, from the log, there is no PKCS11 error, but the connection is lost and can't continue.

can you give me more suggestions for this problem? it's becoming urgent for us. thanks.

Try to create a separate instance of TElHTTPSClient for each request. Does it solve the problem?

Please try to narrow down the problem by taking the following steps:

1) try to reproduce the issue with some test code (not a real project) on Java desktop *without* PKCS#11. If it fails, please send us the sample by posting it to the HelpDesk.
2) If (1) works, try to reproduce the issue with some test code on Android without PKCS#11. If this fails, send us the code.
3) if (2) works, try to reproduce the issue with PKCS#11 on Java desktop. Again, if it fails this time, send us the code.

Sincerely yours
Eugene Mayevski

Hi, we tested it on the windows with PKCS11 and without PKCS11, there is no such problem.

but it reports such problem on the Android with PKCS11, and sometimes occurs without PKCS11 as well.

the sample is attached for your reference with file certificate. can you help to test it on a real android device? we testing it on the android 4.4 and 5.0

it's urgent for us. thank you.
