When I want to find a certificate with private key I am able to do that. I am using TElWinCertStorage, TElCertificateLookup and lcSerialNumber (as criterion). If I want to do the same for public certificate (public key only) it does not work

Could you please clarify what SecureBlackbox version and edition do you use. Also you can post your TElCertificateLookup-related code here to check.
