Could you clarify what is 'cms': is it TElCMSMessage? If yes then you should use TElCMSMessage.Content.Read method instead: https://www.eldos.com/documentation/sb..._read.html

I use;
   TElCMSContent *cm = cms.get_Content();
   char buffer[1000];
   cout << buffer;

Save file signed data but return; Coming unsigned data ? Why?

Then you should use TFileStream.Read, but you should also set TFileStream.Position to zero if any data was written to this stream before.
