If you are talking about certificate requests, then see ElCertificateRequest class and also overloads of TElCertificate.Generate() method.

The CSR is not intended to be "viewed". It's use is create new certificates based on the information provided i the CSR. So we don't provide any way to "view" the CSR.

CSR decoder is to view and confirm the information is correct.

To ensure the accuracy of certificates issued.
Also by EldoS: CallbackFilter
A component to monitor and control disk activity, track file and directory operations (create, read, write, rename etc.), alter file data, encrypt files, create virtual files.
