Can we place DigitalSignature on Word Documents using Eldos??

As mentioned above when i give Digitally Signed pdf documents to print i am getting above mentioned error, please provide solution to this problem.

You must have the license ticket linked to your account in order to get support. Sorry, we can't provide any support to you until this is done. The software is licensed on per-user basis, so if you can't link the license to your account, this means that you are violating the license terms and exceeding the number of licensed users.
