Archive: data.20141211.0044.zip
error [data.20141211.0044.zip]: missing 29 bytes in zipfile
(attempting to process anyway)
error [data.20141211.0044.zip]: start of central directory not found;

(please check that you have transferred or created the zipfile in the
appropriate BINARY mode and that you have compiled UnZip properly)

Thank you for contacting us.

If you have a license, please assign the license ticket to your user account before we continue. The ticket itself and the procedure of it's use are specified in the registration e-mail that was sent to you upon license purchase.

There's not sufficient information in your question to guess the problem.

From support policy:
Quote

To get an adequate answer, please describe situation in details. Simply stating that "it does not work" provides very little information. For fast and efficient support we would like to ask you for the following:

- Please specify the EldoS product name, version, platform, edition, or code package;
- Provide name and version of the operating system, name and version of the development tool that you use;
- If our product is used in conjunction with some other software, please specify the name and version of that software too;
- Send us step-by-step instructions how we can reproduce the problem. It is helpful to include small test project, screenshots, test data files, etc.

Lack of detailed information will cause a delay in your ticket processing until all requested details are received.

Given that we have thousands of clients with millions of deployments and the data is not corrupted for anyone else, you need to search the error on your side. Try to narrow down the problem - try uploading to a different server, uploading a different file and see where/when the problem happens.

Sincerely yours
Eugene Mayevski

HI Eugene,
Here is the SFTP Version number 'SecureBlackBox.11.0.246.0' which we are using to upload the files after encrypting them.

So please let me know your suggestions to proceed further.

Regards
Channakeshav

1. Please provide *complete* information as specified in my previous reply.

2. Please link the license ticket to your user account before we continue. The ticket itself and the procedure of its use are specified in the registration e-mail that was sent to you upon license purchase. If you don't have the license ticket, please contact the person from which you have obtained the license key (the one in your source code) for a license ticket.

NOTE: please don't post license keys and license tickets to the forum. If you need to clarify something about your license, please use HelpDesk ( http://www.eldos.com/helpdesk/ ).

Sincerely yours
Eugene Mayevski
