Hi guys,

I'm using TElHTTPSClient (in FreePascal) to make HTTPS GET request. One of my clients is getting error 100353. What should I add to my code to get further details about the error? It seems to be something particular with some settings at the clients server but no idea what is causing such error and how to bypass it. Any help will be appreciated. Regards,

The problem is specific to the particular server. Please add handling of OnError and OnCloseConnection events and log their parameters. Maybe they will give you some information.

Also for some older servers it makes sense to disable use of TLS versions 1.1 and 1.2 (make such disabling optional) and turn off some cipher suites (eg. EC*-based ones are rarely used).

Sincerely yours

thanks Eugene. Client says his server is set up with TLS 1.2

May you help me with the OnError & OnCloseConnection events? I mean, a code snipped in FP to show some message?

If the server is publicly available, we can try to connect to it and find out what's wrong with it.
