Just got version 11.0.243 of SecureBlackBox, and when I try to add one of the .NET 4.5.1 assemblies (under the NET_451_Win32 folder) to the Global Assembly Cache, for example using 'gacutil', I get the error message:

Failure adding assembly to the cache: Strong name signature could not be verified. Was the assembly built delay-signed?

It seems to work for the .NET 4.5 and .NET 4.0 assemblies however.

Any suggestions or ideas on why this is?

Indeed, the problem exists (despite the fact that the code for signing is present and signing is performed during building). We are investigating the issue now.
