Signing failed

Two things:

1) Sometimes, some users are receiving the error below:
"Signing failed: Win32 error: -2146893802"
Windows 7 (32 or 64 bits)

They only exit the application, restart it and then the process of signing occurrs like expected. What should I do to avoid (or solve) this kind of problem ?

2) Now I am using SBB version 10 but I donĀ“t have link to download version 11. My doubt, the period of download has expired ? If so, how much I have to pay to download version 11 (last version) ?

Regarding the error please search google for "error 80090016". There's plenty of information available there.
