Hello!
Uses SecureBlackbox Std 9.1.216.
We have a solution where we send email from our program.
But now, without any particular reason then smtp.office365.com stopped working with EldoS. Gmail works. My script in python works.
This applies to all users of our program.
The error we get is connection lost 10058 this has worked fine until now!

Anyone have any tips?

If you have a license, please link the license ticket to your user account before we continue. This error usually happens when the TLS client connects to the server, which doesn't like some connection parameter and forcefully closes connection without reporting the error.

Are you using SSL/TLS for connection?

Then you need to do the following:

1) Change Versions property to enable only one of [SSL3, TLS1, TLS11, TLS12] and try to connect. Try all algorithm versions.
2) Handle OnError and OnCloseConnection events and see if there's anything useful reported via those events.

Have tried all versions without result.
Nothing comes from OnError and OnCloseConnection events

You have a license for SecureBlackbox 10 and it's a good idea to try both version 10 and version 11 - it's possible that the server requires some special connection setup now (eg. TLS 1.1 with renegotiation attack prevention extension included).

Hello!
Installed demo version 11 at home. The only difference with your smtp demo program is that I get socket error 10053 instead of 10058 when I try to send an email to smtp.office365.com.

Send an email to smtp.office365.com not working.
Can not find any info on what microsoft has changed in their communication.

Any idea.
