Just to be sure before I do too much damage to my code :-)

If I have a PKCS11 card with 2 slots and I want to open both slots I need 2 sessions? And the session numbering is just built from the ordering the sessions are added (or removed) from the storage?

Hello Anders,

Yes, you need to open two sessions, one for each slot. Your understanding of session numbering is also correct.

Thanks! This leaves me with a Little problem: If I create sessions and want to ask the storage to close the session, I can only do this with an index (Storage.CloseSession(SessionIndex);) But how do I know what index a certain SessionInfo has? According to the help file the Session array property isn't implemented in Delphi, so I can't loop the sessions.

Anders,

It seems that the information in the help file is a bit outdated. There are Session[] and SessionCount properties which you can use to iterate over session objects or pinpoint a particular session object.

Dear Anders,
the version of the help available online on our website is always the latest, and we recommend to refer to it. In particular the description (with Pascal declaration) for TElPKCS11CertStorage.Session is available here:

Sincerely yours,
Vyacheslav
