I've read all the threads of the forum and all articles but it still doesn't work for me.
I'm trying to sign a document with a background for the signature:

Code
Sig.WidgetProps.AutoSize = true;
Sig.WidgetProps.BackgroundStyle = TSBPDFWidgetBackgroundStyle.pbsCustom;
Sig.WidgetProps.AutoStretchBackground = true;
Sig.WidgetProps.Background.Data = signatureBytes;
Sig.WidgetProps.Background.ImageType = TSBPDFImageType.pitJPEG2000;

I've also tried to set width and height for the image but it didn't help.

Where can be the problem?

Igor

Doesn't work for you, does it means that nothing changed or image is scrambled or blank?

Yes, you should set Width and Height properties for the image (it should match original image dimension).

If you are using JPEG2000 image then please ensure that the image has JP2 bitmap format, for example, Adobe doesn't understand JPEG-2000 Code Stream bitmap format (.jpc).

1. The signature is added but I do not see the image.
2. Tried it now with a new JPEG image, didn't help.
3. How can ensure that the image has JP2 bitmap format? (I attached the image)

You are confusing JPEG with JPEG2000 - two different unrelated formats.

For the jpeg image you need to set:
Code
Sig.WidgetProps.Background.ImageType = TSBPDFImageType.pitJPEG;

Strange but I don't have it, only "pitJPEG2000".

Hmm, aren't you using the evaluation version? If no, then please link the license ticket to your user account. The ticket itself and the procedure of its use are specified in the registration e-mail that was sent to you upon license purchase. If you don't have the license ticket, please contact the person from which you have obtained the license key (the one in your source code) for a license ticket.

NOTE: please don't post license keys and license tickets to the forum. If you need to clarify something about your license, please use HelpDesk ( http://www.eldos.com/helpdesk/ ).
