Hello,

We've just downloaded version 11.0.240.0 from your website and replaced the dll's in our project (there are no other code changes).

Now when we try to sign a XML document, we get an error when calling:

sbbSigner.Save(ref sigNode);


where sbbDoc is TElXMLDOMDocument and sbbSigner is TElXMLSigner.

Error:

Then when trying to dispose the HSM store with:

we get this error:

Using version 10.0.228.0 everything works finde.

Are there some changes we have to implement in order to use the newest version?

If you have a license, please assign the license ticket to your user account before we continue. The ticket itself and the procedure of it's use are specified in the registration e-mail that was sent to you upon license purchase.

The second issue has been fixed (the fix will be available in the next update). Diagnostics of the first issue, though, requires that you have a license. Once you link the license ticket to your user account, we'll be able to deal with the described problem.

Ok thanks for the reply.

I try to organize the e-mail now because I only got the licence key itself.
The software was bought by a different department...
Will add the licence tickets as soon I got it.

Assigned the ticket now. But I'm not sure if this licence is valid for the newest version?

Nevertheless I like to test if the performance is better with the newest version.
