Using OpenPGP 5.x libraries
Used PGP 6.5.8 tool from Network Associates to generate the key pair.

Tried using SBPGPConstants.Unit.SB_PGP_ALGORITHM_SK_CAST5 and
for the symmetric key algorithm.

While trying to decrypt using PGP 6.5.8 - getting an error - Encrypted Session Key is bad

Any thoughts?

Please try to encrypt the file using PGPFiles demo application and check if PGP 6.5.8 is able to successfully decrypt this file. You may also try to play with UseNewFeatures/UseOldPacket properties and check if it helps.
