Hi,
using SecureBlackBox, is it possible to apply on a PDF document multiple signatures or a counter-signature?

I tried to add a multiple signature simply using AddSignature() method and it seems to me that it is all ok (Acrobat reader tell me that the document has 2 valid signatures).

But how can I counter sign a PDF document?
I don't know if this is a valid operation: I have read on this post (2008, March)
https://www.eldos.com/forum/read.php?FID=7&TID=967&MID=5186&sphrase_id=439383#message5186
that it is not supported by PDF specification, but I don't know if it is now possible.

Thank you for any support.
Francesco

Hello Francesco,

While PDF standard does not contain provisions for countersigning, adding another signature to a signed document is per se a countersigning operation, as a subsequent signature covers not only the document itself, but also all signatures already contained in it.

In strict terms, PDF standard does not support countersigning though.
