Hi there,
i am working with the FTPs Server component.
Right now everything works fine and i adapted lots of information from Eldos Examples. Now my question:
Transfer of uploaded files (in the examples)is been done through buffering the filehandle.
Is there a chance to access the stream, that comes from the client, directly ?

Right now i grab the Blocks and build my own stream.
But for our environment it is essential, that i have access to the Stream, that the client sends.

Any help appreciated.
Thanks in advance
Regards
Martin

Thank you for contacting us.

Could you please clarify the question:

1. Do you use TElFTPSServer or TElSimpleFTPSServer?
2. I've just checked our sample of FTPS server and didn't find any "buffering the filehandle". Could you point the exact sample name and source file.

Please note that the client doesn't send any "stream". It sends some bytes, which the server passes to you in blocks. You can compose the stream you need yourself. It's not feasible for the server to create such streams internally because this would complicate the server class.
