How to get timestamp from spesific server for PDF file?

Well, without knowing at all what format they create a timestamp with it would be hard to do anything.

Assuming they use TSP 3161 but just modify the request and response, you can override Timestamp method of TElCustomTSPClient and compose your request as you need. Alternatively you can handle OnTimestampNeeded event of TElFileTSPClient event. But again it's up to you to find out what format is used and how to modify the request.
