Hello,

I have a legacy application that has stopped connecting to a particular server after the server was recently upgraded. We are using version 5.0.0.107 of SecureBlackBox and at the moment we are not able to upgrade to the latest version.

I need to be able to access the Cipher Suites collection to try and change these to see if it can fix the connection but I can't see how one does this in version 5.0.0.107? I am using the dll with .NET and it does not have a get_CipherSuites method as far as I can see. How do I disable Cipher Suites in this version of the control?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Martin,

Before we continue, may I please ask you to assign your license ticket that you received with your SecureBlackbox registration letter to your web site account so that we could identify you as a customer?

Hi,

Thanks for the quick reply.

I do not have a license ticket I am afraid is there anything else I can use? It is used in a very old application that I have taken on that has no documentation.

Martin,

Yes, there is an option - I have created a ticket in our Helpdesk system for you. Let's continue there.
