can I reduce the SSH_FXP_STATUS message while filetransfer via SFTP, maybe in a property of the TElSFTPServer?

What exactly do you mean by 'reduce a message'? All messages sent by SFTP peers are sent in strict compliance to the protocol and cannot be omitted or duplicated.

Please explain what you mean by "reduce an occurrence"? Do you mean that these messages are sent too frequently? But they are sent according to the standard, and their number can not be changed without breaking compatibility.

Sincerely yours
Eugene Mayevski

Yes I think they were send too frequently. What does the standard say about the frequency of this message?

FXP_STATUS messages are sent as the answer to the commands, sent by the client, and number of them cannot be increased or reduced.

May I ask you to elaborate on the reason for you to wish to reduce the number of status replies from server? Are you experiencing any slowdowns or firewall issues or any other kind of problems with them?
