What exactly build number are you checking?

We've just re-checked the sample together with SecureBlackbox version 10.0.230 and it worked flawlessly for us. This way, could you please help us localize the problem:

1) What exactly exception (the exact message and .NET type) are you getting?
2) Could you show us the exact call stack please?
3) Does the issue occur on a different version of Visual Studio (if you've got one)?

Thank you. The case is really weird and looks like some version conflict to me. Could you please re-check that *all* the SecureBlackbox assemblies referenced by the sample project are actually of 10.0.230.0 version, and that all of them target the v4.0.30319 runtime? If it is that way, may I ask you to answer the following question as well:

1) What OS version are you evaluating the product in?

2) What versions of .NET framework do you have installed on the machine?

3) Have you ever had earlier versions of SecureBlackbox installed on this machine?

I've just noticed that the project lacks a reference to SecureBlackbox.XML. Could you please add a reference to it manually and check if it helps? The absence of the reference might cause problems if the assemblies are not installed in the GAC.
