Looks like you are using wrong login credentials. Could you plese check this using some third-party client or web-browser?

I am able to access server from web browser. I am not sure how to add user name and password. I have added credential as RequestParameters. Is it correct? This is address: https://webservicesq.cert.whirlpool.com/eiq/AS2HttpAdapter/AS2AdapterFacade?FS=PIEX&TS=EEQCLNT100&IF=FileMoverHana&NS=urn:dummy:piex

That is because you've set the username and the password to a TElHTTPSClient object, but call the Send method of a TElAS2Client object. You need to set your login credentials to as2Client.HTTP.UserName and as2Client.HTTP.Password properties.
