Hi All,

Just a little question: I use a smard card from Cryptovision, a USB key, X.509. I can also use this USB Key to logon on a Windows 2008 Server. So far Ok. Can I now build a service (.net...) which signs PDF with PDF Blackbox, witout presenting the "Enter Password" window, because as a Win Service, no User Interface is available.

Can you help ? I use your product PDF Blackbox on a client Workstation so far to sign pdf, all is Ok. Now this project is an extension.

Please help and thanks to all of Eldos, you have great product and an excellent support.

I am a bit confused about the supposed architecture. Do you want to create a Windows Service application (the one managed via Services applet in Control Panel->Administrative tools) and have the certificate on the smartcard on that computer? You can use PKCS#11 interface instead of CryptoAPI (TElPKCS11CertStorage instead of TElWinCertStorage) and PKCS11 lets you specify the login PIN in code. Not all PKCS#11 drivers are capable of running in services though (some of them try to ask the user about/for something) - you need to verify this.

Sincerely yours
