What packages do we need to achieve those requirements?

Dear Sir:

We'd like to check what packages we need to fulfill the CSR, certificate generating, certificate storages operation, and data encryption and signing. Does the PKIBlackbox librarys provide the necessary classes to achieve above objectives?

For example, the TElCertificateRequestclass inherits the base class SBPKCS10 (in SecureBlackbox.PKI.dll), does the PKIBlackbox package contain the base class?

Look forward to your prompt reply, many thanks!

Sincerely yours,
Zack Jhuang (email: zack.jhuang@auo.com)

Thank you for interest in our products.

In general PKIBlackbox is enough for your requirements (and it includes Base assembly with SBPKCS10).

What exact standard do you need to sign and encrypt your data? PKIBlackbox allows to sign and encrypt data using *raw* encryption and PKCS#7/CMS.

Also please note that if you plan to use CMS with timestamping, you might (but not necessarily) need HTTPSBlackbox client in order to retrieve timestamps using TElHTTPSTSPClient component. If you don't license HTTPSBlackbox and still need timestamping, you will have to use TElFileTSPClient and plug your own HTTP client as a transport.

Dear Sir:

Thanks for your kind reply!

Besides the SecureBlackbox.PKI.dll, what basic/dependent assemblies are needed but unavailable in the PKIBlackbox packages when we plan to create self-signed certificate, CSR, issue client certificate, revoke certificate, signing data, encrypt/dencrypt data?

Sincerely yours,
Zack Jhuang (email: zack.jhuang@auo.com)

And what dependent assemblies are in the otherpackage licenses, when we plan to implement self-signed certificate, CSR, client certificate, certificate revocation, data signing, encryption/dencryption!?

PKIBlackbox license covers only SecureBlackbox.dll and SecureBlackbox.PKI.dll

The operations you mentioned are all covered by PKIBlackbox (except timestamping about which I wrote above).
