I woud like know how to use the TElPDFPermissions class when I sign a PDF.

This property is not applicable for signing operation. Normally it is used when encrypting the document to specify what operations viewers are allowed to do with the document.

That's right, I want to change the permissions of the document before signing it to allow printing only could show me how to use this class

To adjust permissions in the above way, you would need to configure the permissions object of the TElPDFPasswordSecurityHandler or TElPDFPublicKeyRecipientGroup object (depending on type of encryption you intend to use) in the following way:

Handler.Permissions.DisableAll();
Handler.Permissions.LowQualityPrint = true;
Handler.Permissions.HighQualityPrint = true;

Please note that you will need to sign and encrypt the document in one pass using the SignAndEncrypt() method for the specified permissions to take effect.
