What CRL standard does the ElCertificateRevocationList class implement is it RFC5280 compliant?

There's only one CRL standard available, presented by a series of "Internet X.509 Public Key Infrastructure Certificate and Certificate Revocation List (CRL) Profile" RFCs. So the answer is yes, ElCertificateRevocationList IS RFC5280 compliant.
