Am I right saying that SecureBlackbox does not parse Unix-style permissions from directory listings? Would there be a way for us to add that functionality without having to redo all the different listing parsing already done by your library?

If you are asking about our FTP components then FTP protocol can return file permissions, however it completely depends on server and should be parsed by client application. If your server is running on *nix system then you can send a custom command (f.e. 'ls -l') using ElSimpleFTPSClient.SendCmd method and then parse its output.
