Can anyone explain why, when encrypting a PDF, The "Page extraction" permission is always set to "Not Allowed"?

This occurs even when all the other permissions (except "Changing the document") are "Allowed.

Do you set TElPDFPermissions.Extract and TElPDFPermissions.ExtractAcc to 'true' before encryption? If yes then send us please an encrypted test document.
