I am encrypting a Zip file using the Encrypt() method. I can decrypt the file but when it is sent to the Client using UNIX and CommandLine pgp, they are unable to Decrypt the Zip file. There are no errors generated but only an empty file is generated.

Is there a different setting which I need to use to Encrypt Zip files?

Whenever I try to decrypt the [ (file).zip.pgp ] using WSFTP prod 2007 i get the following message:
" PGP invalid modification detection code "

A feedback will be greatly appreciated.

The problems seems to be unrelated to .ZIP files. Most likely, some algorithm is not understood by command-line PGP tool. Please try to use the settings that are supported by most of PGP implementations:
a) specify CAST5 as a symmetric key algorithm,
b) turn off UseNewFeatures property,
c) turn on UseOldPackets property.

Please also try to envelope the encrypted message with a BASE64 encoding by setting Armor property to true.
