Thanks. I'm trying it but I can't figure out how to do it, as those properties are reset at every connectionOpen (or so it seems).

I guess I'll just look at the TotalBytesSent and make a wild assumption on what can be deemed as pseudo-idle...

Unless you have other ideas!

OnConnectionWork event is fired by ElSSHCustomForwarding consequently from a single forwarded connection loop. You can measure time intervals between calls to this event handler and check if ElSSHForwardedConnection properties values changed between your measurements. If they don't and elapsed time is greater or equal to your custom idle timeout then the connection is also idle.
