No it sends data "as is". Could you describe any detailes about the protocol and authentication you try to implement. Without the details we can only guess what is the reason of error messages.

... If I would know this exactly... :-)

I have to send a xml file (see below) to a specific https://... adress. That's all.

This is an example for my xml file.

<?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8'?>
<WIRECARD_BXML xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/1999/XMLSchema-instance" xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation="wirecard.xsd">
            <JobID>job 2</JobID>
                <FunctionID>WireCard Test</FunctionID>
                            <CardHolderName>Wirecard Test</CardHolderName>

I logon to the server address with my login credentials and post the file with your "upload file demo". So I think, using your demo program I cannot have forgotten anything, because this comes from the experts.

But on the server side, the support tells me that the xml file is invalid. (This file comes from the support itself.)
But they cannot say WHAT is wrong... :-(

Is there a method to send a string instead of a file ? Maybe I could test this...

Thanks for your help

Well, sometimes looking into the source code and readme of the sample projects does help. The sample requires that you have a script on the server, and the sample demonstrates posting a form (with attached file), not a file.

Now if you care to open the documentation, you will find that Post method has plenty of overloads for different needs and scenarios, including the one you need.

Sincerely yours

Our "upload file demo" is written to work with simple_upload.php script from PHP directory. You should modify it first.

Yes the component has an overload Post(const URL: string; const Content: string).

for being a pain in the neck...
As I said I have almost no experience in these subjects.

I am very happy to tell you, that I could finally send a valid XML string
to that server. (Must sound like a "hello World" program in your ears)

I will get my confirmation tomorrow from the support team that this is a valid transaction and then you will no longer find me on the support pages but on the order page of your website. :-)

Thank you very much for your excellent help !
