Hi,

I am using SecureBlackbox in my project. I do have a valid license key of the product but it still throws a pop up window at runtime stating "You are using trial version of SecureBlackBox".

I am using just two namespaces and couple of classes

using SBSftpCommon;
using SBSSHKeyStorage;

TElSSHMemoryKeyStorage, SBSimpleSftp.TElSimpleSFTPClient, TSBSFTPFileTransferMode and TElSftpFileInfo

SBUtils.Unit.SetLicenseKey(LicenseKey); //License key contains the valid key

When I execute my code, I get this pop up randomly after every 5-10 attempts.

Can you please let me know the cause of it. Am I missing something?

First of all, please check that there is exactly one call to SetLicenseKey throughout the code of your project.

Second, please check that all the SecureBlackbox assemblies referenced from your project are of the same version (e.g. 8.2.195.*).

There was a problem in build 8.1.189 caused by compiler breaking change. We have addressed the issue in upcoming builds. Please upgrade your version if you use that build or build 188

Yes, I am using only one call to SetLicenseKey throughout.

I am using 5 dll references in my code. The version no of these dlls are

SecureBlackBox : 8.1.190.21462
SecureBlackBox.SFTP : 8.1.190.21483
SecureBlackBox.SFTPCommon : 8.1.190.21481
SecureBlackBox.SSHClient : 8.1.190.21475
SecureBlackBox.SSHCommon : 8.1.190.21472

My original problem still persists. Would appreciate any help.

Could you please bind the license ticket you received in the registration letter to your site account so that we could identify you as a customer and check the key?

Hi,

I found out the cause. The license key that I was using was a trial one. I replaced it with the valid key and its all working fine now.

I must say that you guys are really quick to reply back :).
