Hi is there a way to measure upload and download spead on FTPS during transfers ?

Yes -- please use the TElSimpleFTPSClient.OnProgress event to track the progress of current file transfer operation.

Hmm sorry for bothering again but i cant get it to work ( dont know how) There is only Current and Total value there how can i gat from it speed ? like 70Kb/s etc..

TElSimpleFTPSClient does not return explicit speed values. So you need to create a timer and calculate the transfer speed yourself.
