Is this error also returned if PGPFilesDemo is used to encrypt and sign the file?

Would you be so kind to provide us some arbitrary file encrypted and signed with the sample keys included to the distribution?

Older versions of GnuPG did not understand files signed with multiple keys. GnuPG 1.4.5 understands them correctly.

Would you be so kind also to specify the exact error messages returned by PGP software?

Won't let me upload my file. 1-2K files with pgp extension. I get this message:
Incorrect file type or maximum size of the file exceeded (.pgp)!

Thank you for the information. Will try to reproduce the issue here.

It is caused by forum restrictions. Only .zip files are allowed.

Hmm, the file you provided is quite strange. First, it is encrypted with two passphrases (not public keys). Second, it uses non-standard encryption algorithms, so neither GnuPG, nor any other OpenPGP-compliant software will be able to decrypt it. Actually, the file does not look like as it was encrypted with SecureBlackbox components. What code have you used to produce it?

Using this code (dr is a DataRow):

using (SBPGP.TElPGPWriter pgpWriter = new TElPGPWriter())
{
pgpWriter.EncryptingKeys = keyring;
//pgpWriter.SigningKeys = keyring;
pgpWriter.EncryptionType = TSBPGPEncryptionType.etPassphrase;
pgpWriter.Passphrases.Add(dr["PGPPassphrase"].ToString());
pgpWriter.Passphrases.Add(dr["PGPKeyPassphrase"].ToString());

pgpWriter.Compress = true;

using (FileStream inF = new FileStream(SourceFile.FullName, FileMode.Open))
{
string OutFile = SourceFile.FullName + dr["EncryptionSuffix"].ToString();

using (FileStream outF = new FileStream(OutFile, FileMode.Create, FileAccess.ReadWrite))
{
pgpWriter.Encrypt(inF, outF, 0);

}
}
