Hi,

analysing the behaviour of Internet Explorer while importing certificates I noted that recipient certificates are automatically loaded under the ADDRESSBOOK store (when emitted by a CA) or the ROOT store (when it is self signed).
I was wondering why in SecureBlackBox samples there is no mention of the ADDRESSBOOK store. I had to search in registries to find out the store name to use for the "Other People" section.
There is an API call (that is an alternative of searching programmatically in registries) that lists the names of all the used system stores?

Thank you and Best Regards.

TElWinCertStorage class has GetAvailableStores method.

Thank you Eugene,

I found out that this function is called only in the TElX509Certificate.ChangeSecurityLevel function. It is not called in CertDemo project, for example, (probably I expected to find there a reference to such a function and I forgot to search it in the documentation - sorry). Should I think that you don't encourage to use it (maybe to avoid to automatically include the "non-trusted" items)?

Best regards.

Paolo Righi.

We can't include all methods to the samples :)

Also you need to remember that the list of storages on different computers can differ.
