I am using ElHttpsClient (Delphi 2010).
Our website is https secured and we shifted our website to another remote server recently.

In the previous server, using ElHttpsClient I was able to connect to https pages and retrieve them.

But in the present server When I try to do so from my delphi client, I am getting "connection error 10060".

But I could connect to same https pages from the browsers without any issues.

Please help.

Thank you for contacting us.

Code 10060 stands for Winsock WSAETIMEDOUT error. A general reason for such errors is a firewall not allowing the application to go to some remote location(s).

If firewall is not the case, another option would be to check the correctness of the destination port number.

10*** errors are Winsock errors. Search google for "Winsock error 10060" for example.
